So, as usual I am stressed. The good news is that I am much less stressed than I was a few months ago. My dear friend and blogger posted this interesting Life Change Scale. Score your Life Change Scale for the past 6 months alone. According to psychological research, persons who total 200 points or more on the following scale within a 12-month period are more prone to physical and psychological stress-related illness than those who score less. To see where you stand, simply total the number of stress points you have accumulated in the last year. Note that both pleasant and unpleasant "life events" can cause stress. Thank you for this Nomad! As I sit here typing this I am at 210. Nice. What is your Life Change Scale number?

Mine's 277.
yep...mine's 296, in the past 6 months, alone...awesome!
yiiiiiiiikes!!
I lost count. Can I get an extra two points for losing count while taking this text?
Mine's not that high, I don't think, despite a bunch of novel stress-causers (pregnancy, move, job, etc).
Katie would have to die twice in order for me to respectably beat NotJimmy. Can I contribute $4 to a massage fund for NotJimmy?
I counted 310 in the past 6 months. But a few seem unfair to count like my eating habits and my sleeping habits have both changed because I'm pregnant. So should those three things count as 40 points(pregnancy) or 71(pregnancy, sleeping, and eating)?
Brian maybe you could through in $4 for me to get a massage too.
wifest, you can have the $4 he threw into my fund... pregnancy trumps all.
