The car is now fixed
Also my hands are dirty
and I feel manly
I was going to write a whole entry about masculinity but I decided instead to write a haiku about my evening that made me feel manly... is a haiku about masculinity ironic?
I was also going to write about how patient I was with my wife while lying under the car reattaching the bumper... years ago I would have been yelling within minutes, but I think I'm much calmer now.

Such a poet :) Not that you want to know - but when I took off my black nail polish it left this subtle black sheen on my nails so I also look like I've fixed a car. Sadly, manly isn't so much a look I try to emulate. Have either of you ever read any books by Jonathan Safran Foer (sp?) ? Would I like his books? I haven't watched the movie for Everything is Illuminated b/c I wanted to see if I would like the books first. So please tell me what I like. :)
Jimmy - I would also like to remind you that within a month, the Webb house (aka The House Where Christmas Sneezed) will be lit. If that doesn't make you homesick, I don't know what will.
I think also that I would have been yelling within a minute. I too am much calmer.
