punk

I told her not to do it... that it was too european.. then I helped her get the info of the Russian barber that would do it.
Now I think it's soo cool that I'm putting the picture up just so I can seem as cool as her.

For the past few months we've been watching X-Files on DVD (one of the wife's all time favorites) and then our friends loaned us the Twin Peaks and we've been watching it for a month... I feel like I'm reliving my oldest sister's early 90's tv life. We finished watching all of Twin Peaks and the wife went crazy. She was quite distraught. We went back to X-Files today, watching and episode that was the 3rd part of a story line... I think we'd watched the first 2 episodes over a month ago.

The wife and man lent the McMullers the first season of X-files. We finished it on Saturday. We now know that "The Truth is Out There" and that we should "Trust No One." We also know that Agent Scully is a terrible dresser or is at least a sad victim of the dumpy fashion of the early 90s. It just goes to show that even small women look chubby when you dress them in tents. We are really enjoying watching them though. Thank you for lending.

On a different subject, it was brought to my attention last night that one of the Doubloons has been slandering me and my game playing integrity. I heard it said that I "liked to cheat." I don't think that one little dice re-roll and one card snatching constitutes a need to tell people to "watch out for Katie". I think you’re just jealous that I won Catan my second time playing. You just wait. At the Seis de Mayo trivial pursuit night at the Robinsons, we'll see who cheats and who wins. Bring it, Doubloons.

p.s. I’m not mad at all in case the light-hearted, joking tone of my comment doesn’t come through. I love the Doubloons and I had a great time playing Settlers of Catan on Friday. I also don’t think that I cheated at least not on purpose.

Is that a pic of Morgan?! If not, sorry. I don't really remember what she looks like. But if so very cool :) I don't know if we had to memorize that poem or not but in college I heard people say that all the time around finals. "Miles to go before I sleep". It's a Frost thang so that makes it cool to me. I went to a church yesterday that showed a clip from The Goonies and The Count of Monte Cristo. That has to be the one. It's also 6.66 miles from the apt on Mapquest - which makes it that much more hilarious.

unless the step+mohawk thing has come back in a big way, i may have seen morgan riding her bike yesterday after i had left work.

the steps caught my eye. i wondered why i hadn't anticipated this phase in the renaissance of 80s (follwing ironic-mullet and faux hawk) transitioning to early 90's hair-dos...
