So I didn't stay nice... I called the person that pissed me off and left a 'not mean' but 'not nice' voice mail for her. That was thursday right before I left work at 9pm... I believe I still have a job.
My birthday is next Saturday! I (and my twin sister) were meant to be july 4th babies, but we decided to be 11 days late. I imagine that in present day labor would have been induced.
The wife goes away on a trip Monday and comes back on Friday. Then she works on Sunday, so perhaps there will not be any party on my birthday so she and I can have time together. But if you want to get me a gift might I recommend Sufjan Stevens' Avalanche or Flight, Vol. 3. (This is more of a hint to the wife for gifts than anyone else... but I think she's already gotten my gifts... but could be these are in the lot... and could be not... I'm sure I'll love whatever she gets me)
I just ordered pre-sale tickets to Sujan's show at NY Town Hall on Sept. 30th... Orchestra Row A! I'm excited.

ahhhhhhhhhhhh! i want to get tickets to see him in seattle, its the last stop on his tour.
but i'm broke. i spent all my sufjan money last summer. ha ha.
maybe i'll have coffee with him the next day or something...
i leave on august 20th. it took me way too long to figure out was ess jay was.
