It doesn't stop. There will always be people that choose to be bitchy with no good intent. Always there will be people that choose to feel they are superior though they needn't feel that way. It will always fill you with dread. The trick is moving beyond that. Knowing when care should be given to these people and knowing when not to fret. It's impossible to be an island, but trying to move on without these people is necessary, even if they do have seniority.
