When one of us is sick, the other does a great job of taking care of them (ex. making soup, finding medicine, helping them rest, ect.), but when we're both sick, we just sit around the house eating junk food that doesn't help our bodies to heal.
On Sunday morning we walked the dog up to 4th ave. and watch the NYC marathon for a little while. We saw the leading pack and the group surrounding Armstrong and then all the average joes. Then we walked back home and saw the UPS marathon on the Gowanus Expressway. We started seeing lots of UPS trucks in a row driving along the expressway overpass that we can see from our stoop... I started counting after a few passed and counted a total of 73 brown delivery trucks... there must have been more. And no other traffic either. Perhaps they were shooting a commercial... perhaps they are moving headquarters... perhaps a millionaire bought lots and lots of toys for an orphanage and the trucks were on their way to deliver one of those "makes me wanna cry" moments in family movies.

Gabe told me that the marathoners' personal effects (clothing etc) were courier'd from the starting line to the finish line by FedEx. He must have meant UPS, and that must have been what you saw.
But what about the people who didn't finish the race? Can they file a change of delivery address on their clothes?
wowsy!
