Movies!

I was very excited for he new X-Files movie and the pbf graciously took me to see it last night. First off it was in one of the tiny theatres at the Pavillion, always a bad sign. It wasn't terrible beyond belief, but I don't think it was as good as the first film. It just seemed like a long and not that good episode. But it was really fun to see Mulder and Scully doing their thing. If you do see it, stay for the credits there is a moment that was kind of fun to see. The movie was preceded with a trailer for a new horror movie called..."Midnight Meat Train"--wtf??! As soon as the title for the movie came on the entire audience erupted in laughter. Not so scary.

my mom is trying to get me to go see the x-files with her. i don't know if i can do it. she finally talked me into watching one episode and it was about a bunch of inbreeders in kentucky who kept their mom on a rolly cart under the couch. at the end, they tossed her in the trunk and drove away. it was so far beyond disturbing. i do not want to believe.

dead meat train (or whatever the movie was called) sounds as fab as the movie clip thisisntjimmy sent me last year about a bunch of sheep attacking people in new zealand.

RSS feed totally works- yay!

I'm a lot more excited about "Midnight Meat Train" than the X-Files movie, of MMT didn't give me a decade to mull over 3 years of sucky episodes followed by an even more suckified movie.
Maybe I'll go rent the new Lost Boys.

And, uh, Natalie is clearly deranged, because Home is the best X-files episode ever. And 4 was a tremendously good season.
